Under the “Mayors for Economic Growth” EU Project, farmers and entrepreneurs can refer to an agricultural center in Bolnisi Municipality to get access on mobile services related to local agricultural production, including packaging of fruit, vegetables, cheese, meat and wine. The centre also helps producers to find markets for sales of their produce, mediating their relationships with more companies and implements information workshops to introduce initiatives of state or non-state actors to local parties. The center also provides legal support, information and consulting on establishment of cooperatives, proposal-writing and other matters.

Under the “Improving Rural Development in Georgia (ENPARD III)” EU Project, this advocacy guide is designed for civil society organizations working on rural development issues, rural community unions, Local Action Groups (LAGs), Business and other associations operating at the local level. It is a practical guide for advocacy promoting inclusive and sustainable rural development on a Local and national Levels.
The project works with a range of local business organizations, including CSOs and youth groups, resulting in the strengthened business management, visibility and sustainability of the products and services that local farmers, local guesthouse operators, touristic service providers, local food producers and handcraft workers provide, in order to improve employment and living conditions in Khulo Municipality through diversification of the rural economy.

In the framework of the EU project “Empowerment of Local Economic Actors for Basic Sustainable Rural Development in Abkhazia under ENPARD II”, local farmers and SMEs in Abkhazia can refer to Rural Development Association (RDA) to extend their services in a wide range of farming and non-farming machineries, tools and implements, to increase their business and capacities, to develop professional and skills and have an access to education through trainings and awareness raising activities. RDA strengthens cooperation and partnerships with local communities.
